There's a crack in the porch. The realtor told us it was cracked because it was made out of leftover parts of the first tablets of the Ten Commandments. St. Peter's pinky is also used as a light switch. Seriously, the inspector will give us the skinny. It's always nice to have a contingency fee in ye' ol' contract.
