Hello!
| Thanks for visiting our webpage. We hope you all are doing well. |
| This has been a busy and blessed year for Megan and myself. I started the year-off with a bang by beginning a new job in December of 2005. I'm still a full-time professional geek and enjoying my new employment. My new job is in Cary and in an effort to find a bigger house and move closer to my place of work we decided to move. Megan continues to work as a full-time pediatric speech therapist in Raleigh. This year marks her third year with Pediatric Therapy Associates where she now serves as Speech Coordinator helping manage other therapists in addition to providing therapy to her own clients. | ![]() |

We were blessed to find a great new house in Cary not far from my new job. Our dearly loved old house in Raleigh sold very quickly and we were able to move into our new house at the beginning of April. Check out all the pictures on this website of the work we've done. We've been busy, but our marriage managed to survive and we have a much more colorful house to show for it. Megan was the main driving force to ensure that both the home improvements got completed and that I didn't have too many nervous breakdowns. :) |
| We've taken several fun trips this year, starting with one to Williamsburg, Virginia in January for my company's annual planning meeting. We were able to visit our dear friends, the Halbohms, in the Albany NY area in February to enjoy lots of snow. We managed not to break any bones there while skiing. In June, Megan humored me by letting us take a trip to Boston to hear a reunion concert of one of my all-time favorite rock bands, Extreme. She participated in my trip down nostalgia lane and wore her ear plugs. |
| One of the most positive things of 2006 was my father's continued recovery from
his brain tumor diagnosed in the fall of 2004. Via the miracles of the power of prayer, a
loving community of support, and modern medicine, Dad has continued to get clean
reports. He and Mom kicked off their retirement with a big trip to Australia. Thanksgiving of this year marked two years
since Dad's first surgery and to have him well and dutifully cutting the turkey
was more than enough reason to give thanks. All praise to God! You
can check out dad's blog
here. Lastly, the biggest news from this year is that WE'RE PREGNANT!. Well, technically Megan is and it's my fault. :) The impending arrival date of baby is 7/1/2007. Woohoo!!!!
